Vashon Lacrosse Club promotes the uniquely indigenous game of lacrosse to further sportsmanship and unity with others within our rural community and beyond. Through fostering inclusive and equitable practices, VLC provides island youth opportunity to embody camaraderie, courage, integrity, and perseverance toward investment in fundamental strengths of resilience and overall health.
WHO: Everyone is welcome, boys, girls, adults
WHERE: High school fields
WHEN: Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 pm
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all ages
PLAY FORMAT: Each game will last 7 minutes. Each team will consist of 3 players and can be of differing ages and coed. The field of play consists of a half-field with a mini goal. Cones will indicate the top of the box. Teams will be selected before the scrimmages and can be altered for subsequent games. Coaches will keep time and score.

We have new uniforms for the high school teams this year! We also have new practice pinnies which will need to be purchased by the players. The cost is $35 per player and will be collected at the parent/player meeting at the beginning of the season. Take a look:
Vashon Lacrosse is a non-profit organization that is operated by volunteers. You can help support the teams which which would go towards fields, coaches, referees, and all the other expenses it requires to run a sports organization. Donations can be made here.
NOTE: The VLC equipment rental program has been discontinued due to the changes to equipment requirements that make our current gear obsolete.
